Announcing Our Acquisition of Precision Studio AI 

Adding deep AI experience to our team will supercharge innovation and level up our capabilities across the board.

I’m excited to announce that we’ve acquired Precision Studio AI, a newly formed, specialized AI development firm based here in Canton, Ohio.

This is a major milestone for SKYCATCHFIRE. It brings deep AI expertise in-house and strengthens our ability to deliver smarter, faster, and more intelligent software for the businesses we serve.

We believe AI will reshape every part of software (and maybe everything we know). This acquisition positions us to move faster and build even better next level solutions for our clients.

Building Momentum

Since launching in 2010, SKYCATCHFIRE has helped companies grow by turning manual, people-powered processes into scalable software. We’ve built everything from marketing websites to internal tools and custom ERP systems that power day-to-day operations.

Everyday we’re using AI tools to streamline development and we’re integrating AI capabilities into the software we’re building. As AI reshapes every industry, it’s clear that it’s not just a new tool. AI represents a foundational shift. It has changed (and is changing) how technology is created, how businesses operate, and how value is delivered.

I’ve watched AI evolve at a break-neck pace and knew we needed a way to multiply our efforts. Our team has been learning quickly, but I wanted to supercharge that growth with years of real-world experience. The acquisition of Precision Studio AI does that. It will take us further, much faster, and I’m really excited about what we’ll be able to do together.

Why Precision Studio AI?

I’ve known Dan Capri, the founder of Precision Studio AI, for years. When we needed advanced AI capabilities, we brought his team in to collaborate. It quickly became clear that we were aligned in how we approach solving real problems with software and in how we want to build and lead teams. We both want to create a company where the best developers want to work, grow, and solve meaningful challenges.

Dan and his team bring serious experience in AI, and they know how to apply it in ways that are practical, responsible, and genuinely useful to growing businesses. This acquisition lets us rapidly scale our capabilities and take a major step forward for our team and our clients.

Dan is joining as Director of AI at SKYCATCHFIRE. He’ll lead AI training across the team, the improvement of our internal development workflows, and many new AI initiatives that we’ve already kicked off.
