Your Day-to-Day
- Coordinate between clients and our technical team to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
- Document and improve our client success processes
Experience Required
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience coordinating complex projects from start to finish
- Proven track record of managing client relationships in a technical environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- History of proactive problem-solving and issue resolution
